Areas of Speciality
I have worked with young adults and adolescents, and I am open to working with other age groups as well, including children and the geriatric population. I have helped individuals work around internal conflicts, relationship issues, substance use, feelings of anxiety, a sense of disconnect with self, concerns around gender and sexuality, grief and loss, and many others.
I use a psychodynamic framework while working with my clients. A lot of my work centers around understanding underlying conflicts and working through difficult emotional states by feeling them, bringing them in awareness, and building a more authentic relationship with our own inner states. This is done by creating a space that feels safe enough for work to happen.

Best thing about being a mental health practitioner
Through our work, we are confronted and connected with what matters the most to human lives- our inner worlds
One thing that I wish to change about the field of mental health
That emotional work is valued for what it is.
