Emotional states often carry a deep need to be understood. Even though this idea forms the core of psychological work, it unfortunately, runs at the periphery and makes its presence felt through sensations, thoughts and emotions that stay after interacting with individuals in clinical spaces.
It is this psychological care that we want to bring to the center. A platform that wants to stay curious about various emotional states; emotional states that rarely find words, but make themselves present in so many forms!
Beyond Words is and hopes to remain one such platform.
Why are we doing this?
Because emotional wellbeing matters to all.
We speak different languages when it comes to emotional expression, but that language is inherent to who we are, how we function, how we respond to the world around us, how we navigate through situations and so many other aspects of our lives. Therefore, valuing our emotional worlds means valuing ourselves, which is worthwhile and deeply meaningful.
